Email team@mixplate.ai from the email address on your Mixplate account with the subject "Data deletion request", and include your Instagram handle if you connected one. We'll confirm we got it, then delete your account and personal data from our active databases and let you know when it's done.
Your account, your profile details, your connected Instagram and Facebook data, and the content plans, captions and creatives generated for you. We may keep a small amount of information where the law requires it (for example billing records for tax), or to prevent fraud. See our Privacy Policy for details.
We confirm your request within a few business days and complete it within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm the request from your account email so we know it really comes from you.
On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, find Mixplate and click Remove. On Instagram, go to Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites and remove Mixplate. This stops Mixplate getting new data from your account. To also delete the data we already have, email team@mixplate.ai.
Yes. Email team@mixplate.ai and tell us what you'd like: a copy of the personal data we hold about you, a correction, or for us to stop processing it. We'll reply within 30 days.
You can cancel anytime, with no cancellation fees. If you can't find the option in the app, email team@mixplate.ai and we'll cancel it for you. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
